How will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. The cost for shipping and handling will be automatically calculated and you will be able to view all charges before completing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within ten (10) days. To avoid our packages sitting over the weekend, orders will only be shipped Monday - Wednesday. If additional shipping requirements are needed, please contact us directly.

Please allow an additional 3 to 4 days to process holiday orders. To ensure that your order arrives on time, place your orders early.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we sell to retailers. Please contact us if you are interested in Alpha Avenue Chocolate products for your store, banquet or business facility.

What is the shelf life of your products?
All of your products are packaged in food safe packaging. Our chocolates and pretzels will keep optimum freshness for 3 to 4 weeks. Our Caramel Apples have a shorter shelf life of 1 to 2 weeks.

Do your products contain peanuts?
Our products are produced in a facility that uses toppings that contain nuts in addition to toppings that are manufactured in plants that also contain peanut products. You may want to refrain from ordering our product if you have a nut allergy.

Can I cancel my order?
You must contact us within 24 hours to request a cancellation. If your order has been processed, there is no cancellation.
